Sharing after tour/trip :: Exchanged e-mails with traveler plus sent several photos for a slide show prepared by 1 guest (I use Camtasia)
Problems & solutions :: I have purchased a portable tripod (pro, it's compact - con it's not as sturdy/steady for slow shutter use) Easy to use with a remote shutter release. For local non travel use I have a very sturdy tripod that works great. My files are stored on my computer, and alternate portable drive and the cloud.
My next trip I plan to use exclusively my iPhone. I am very happy with the results and the wide array of applications on the go. If/when I go on safari/Africa I would bring my mirrorless Olympus and possible rent a much longer zoom and professional tripod adapter.

Tour or Trip :: 2021 Merrytime Christmas Family Christmas Cruise
Location :: Pre cruise touring the Everglades in Florida. Cruised the Bahamas.
Personal Camera and extras :: Nikon Z 6 for the Everglades. iPhone 12 Max Pro for the cruise and around Miami. Fuji water camera which I did not use because the kayaking trip got canceled. Flotation lanyard for the Fuji camera. Rain jacket for the Nikon. Waterproof cover for the camera bag. Waterproof holder for iPhone.
Sharing :: my daughter and I used airdrop to share photos.
Problem :: I was walking around the hotel and got caught in a downpour. The iPhone got so wet that it took a day to dry out and it never fully recovered. The phone needed to be replaced. The battery got damaged during the storm. Solution :: Guess I need to carry a ziplock bag when I am in Florida next week. I usually have one handy but who would have guessed that it would start to pour when the sun was out and there weren’t many clouds around. I was less than ¼ mile from the hotel when it started to rain. The plus to the rain was, there was a beautiful rainbow.
Tour or Trip – Australia and New Zealand Vacation
Location – Pre-tour of Australia and then a cruise to Great Barrier Reefs in Australia and New Zealand
Personal Camera and extras -- Nikon 7100 with telephoto and wide-angle lenses for landscapes and animals and iPhone 6. Rain jacket for the Nikon. Waterproof cover for the camera bag. Extra SD card for the Nikon. Laptop so that I could transfer photos from camera to laptop every night. Fuji water camera for snorkeling, which did not happen because the cruise ship could not go into any ports during the cruise. A portable drive to transfer photos from the iPhone to a Dell laptop.
Problem :: The rain jacket for the camera is very cumbersome. I think I used it once. Realized that I did not need to get that close to a waterfall to take pictures, or just use the iPhone or the Fuji camera.
Shared :: pictures with family and friends through Facebook.

Problems & solutions - Big camera needs to be set to Auto White Balance or shoot in RAW so images can be color corrected in edit with Photos, Pixelmator Photo, RAW Power or Snapseed. Always reset changed settings to your known process (turn off Live, WB to Auto, ISO & Shutter to daytime settings) .
Tour or Trip :: 2010 - Mexico Rivera cruise - Zip Line excursion trip did not allow us to take cameras but each team included a photographer. After ziplining, back at basecamp, 10 networked laptops arranged so individuals could pick any number of photos to be burned to CD on-the-spot at minor extra charge.
Sharing after tour/trip :: Copied files off CD-ROM to iMac so photos would be saved to iCloud.
