Day 2

Choose your own location for a photo wander. Read more about the activities designed back in 2022.

Photo Walk Locations assigned at enrollment for limited number of participants. Zoom session will be available as an alternative to in-person park activity.  You can take a walk on your own using the hints on this page to experience a wide range of camera modes.

Be sure to fully charge your iPhone before class. Bring a tripod if you have one. Wear a solid color shirt or blouse. Bring a water bottle. Wear a hat if it is a sunny day. Wear flat, comfortable shoes. Do your eyeglasses have polarized lenses? Is it hard to see your screen in daylight? Try rotating your screen to landscape position - any improvement in readability?

On any photo walk, pay attention to your surroundings, stop to look for your next picture instead of walking/tripping/stumbling over hazards on the ground.
